Our Family

So our Family began on October 27, 2007... after about three days of planning and preparing we got married. We've known eachother basically our whole lives, but i would have never guessed we would be married! As soon as we saw eachother again we knew we were in love. We dated (if you can even call it that) for one month and then we were married. It took Rhett about a week to pop the question and the rest is history. I can hoestly say I have never been more happy in my entire life, I have the most amazing man and he loves me every day no matter what.

Ready to move on. . .

So I just need to be a baby for a minute!!. . . These last few months have been such a roller coaster ride. On minute i'm so happy I cant hardly stand it and then I drop like a rock back to the bottom. Partly because of the pregnancy and partly because i'm missing my back bone, my rock. I keep getting dejavu of my last pregnancy. I thought it wouldn't be as bad this time because Rhett was only in the valley and not Idaho, but it is still just as miserable. I've always known that I couldn't live without that amazing man, but just being without him for a couple months is killing me. I find myself missing the little things the most. kisses throughout the day, hugging me just because, family prayers, watching t.v. at night before bed, but mostly I miss watching him and Bryce play. Poor Bryce, everytime the phone rings he says "dadda?" and when he talks to him on the phone he doen't ever want to get off. Rhett will say goodbye and instantly Bryce's eyes water up and he says "no daddy" it breaks my heart. Rhett is his best friend and his hero. I made Rhett promise me that he would never make me miss him again this way! My life just isn't the same without him.

Hospital Visit

So when Bryce was born Rhett was in Idaho and missed the whole thing, So as soon as I could I got back to Idaho! In all the mess we never got Bryce circumsised and therefor had to wait until he was old enough to be put under to do it. Well that day finally came, TODAY!! We got to the hospital at about 5:45am and got all signed in and dressed! For the last week we have been telling him that his peepee is broken and thats why the doctor has to fix it! So when we got settled in he went ahead and told everyone who walked in that his peepee was broken and the doctor was going to fix it! It made all the nurses laugh!

(my pictures are backwards but you get the idea right!)

My tough little man in recovery! He kept opening his eyes and saying mama, but he really didnt know where he was. When he finally did wake up though he instantly tried to pull out his IV and was crying saying "peepee ouchie"! Poor baby!

This is him and mama getting ready to go into surgery! I had to carry him back and hold him While they gave him gas to fall asleep. The only way we could get him to put the mask by his face was to ask him what it smelled like. It only took a minute before he was nodding his head and mumbling! Once he fell asleep though I had to hurry and set him on the operating table and leave, which was one of the hardest things I have ever done. He looked so small and helpless.

The only socks that they had were so big on him they looked like leggings! The nurse decided to put his name band over it to help keep it on. They also gave him a teddy bear that got a name band also. Our nurses were so sweet!

His mad face!

Patiently waiting for the doctor to come get him!

So after I got out of the OR it took about an hour and ten minutes, then he was wheeled to recovery where I got to help wake him up! Once he woke up we were free to go! So now he is home sleeping! I just hope and Pray for a fast and easy recovery!
